To take a skills course other than an introduction course, you must pass a mountain bike skills test at the beginning of the skills course. Every rider must be able to demonstrate the fundamental skills that are taught in every Introduction to Mountain Biking Course.
Mountain Biking requires a certain level of fitness and skill to practice safely. You will be learning about both of these requirements and experiencing both during a course. To become more proficient in both riding skill and fitness, Trail Spinners offer weekly rides at both Fair Hill and White Clay Creek.
