On Friday May 17, 2013 Delaware State Parks sent the Trail Spinners a document called “Maintenance of Trail Corridor Volunteer Project Interim Agreement Between Delaware State Parks and Delaware Trail Spinners (DTS)”.   This document will follow this paragraph with Trail Spinners redline comments.  The Trail Spinners must cease all volunteer trail work in Delaware State Parks because we cannot conform to the requirements.  Until we work out an acceptable agreement please refrain from any trail work no matter how minor.  Call the park office and let them know where problems exist.  The Trail Spinner Board will be meeting with Delaware State Parks on June 6, 2013 and we’ll give the community an update at that time.   Sorry for the inconvenience.
